PINNED Confirm Minutes before the next meeting
Our board does not meet every month so minutes wait a long time for confirmation. It would be better if we could confirm minutes before the next meeting while everyone's memory is still fresh, such as through a Flying Minute.

Ability to move items from one agenda or minute section to another

Sometimes an item maybe entered incorrectly under one heading and then is a need to move the item under another heading. The current process involves deleting the incorrect item and adding the new item under the different heading

Enable the ability to reorder notes, decision and action items within each Minute section so that it makes more sense or if an item is missed and added later - currently adding a new item will be the last item.

Ability to quick print documents for meeting

It would useful if you could right click on a listed document and select to print it rather than having to download it to print. Having to download a whole bunch of Board papers just to be able to print them is very time consuming.

As the disclosed interests of the directors grows, it would be good to print out a listing of interest items for each director so they can check and update it periodically.

Redirect to last location after login for inactivity

Ability to personalise organisational roles

Would be handy to be able to customise the organisational roles so that they are unique to each organisation or at the very least add an 'other' or 'staff' category that can apply to people who don't fit within the current options.

Make minute-taking interface more obvious

A number of our users take a little while to figure out how to create minutes for the first time and need to be guided through finalising an agenda to get into minutes mode. How about showing the basic minutes interface 'greyed out' within details...
