E-Signatures

It would be helpful to be able to add a due date to signature requests as sometimes I need the board to sign a document by a specific date.

On the Meeting List page, it would be helpful, on past meetings, to see a notice that there are still outstanding pending Minute signatures. It would save time then having to open each individual meeting or preview to check and I can then follow u...

Be able to have signatures added to Decisions both in meeting and Flying Minutes.

Some of our more sensitive documents require a certificate that the information originated from the signer and has not been altered. It would be good to have that option.

It would be good to be able to download/export a log of any signed documents in the Governance Area showing when a board member has signed the document
