In some situations more than one person will be presenting an agenda item. Allow the interface to select more than one.

We hope this message finds you with renewed energy as we step into the New Year! We'd like to take a moment to share some exciting news with you.
Starting this year, you now have the ability to select multiple presenters for each agenda item. We understand that sometimes multiple people may need to contribute their expertise and insights to a particular topic. With this new enhancement, you can easily assign multiple presenters to ensure a collaborative and dynamic discussion during board meetings.
Is it really easy to add multiple presenters to an agenda item. Simply log in to your BoardPro account and add an agenda for your next meeting. Once there, you will notice that when you add a presenter, you can now assign multiple presenters from the meeting attendees. If someone isn't on the list, check first that they are an attendee.

Yes we have been hanging out to get this option as when 2 or more people are presenting it doesn’t not come across that way - please implement this ASAP (pretty please!)
And yes - would help for it to be for the action items as well :)
