Access levels in a table format so that they're easier to understand/apply

You paragraph layout below is hard to decipher quickly. Most software uses a table approach to show which functions each access level has access to and not, e.g.

Full, unrestricted access to everything in BoardPro
 
Committee Member
Can: Download meeting documents, access governance documents, update their own actions 
Read Only Access to: Agendas and Minutes, interests register, the action list 
Cannot: create a meeting, edit an Agenda, take Minutes, add to the interests register
 
Senior Executive
Can: Create meetings, edit agendas, update their own actions 
Read Only Access to: Minutes, interests register, read the action list, governance documents 
Cannot: take Minutes, upload governance documents, invite people, edit the organisation, or edit the interests register
 
Executive / Guest
Can: have an action assigned to them, update their own action items 
Read only access to: People page, organisation settings page, the meeting list 
Cannot: access Agendas, Minutes, meeting documents or document repository
