Read Only Access to: Minutes, interests register, read the action list, governance documents
Cannot: take Minutes, upload governance documents, invite people, edit the organisation, or edit the interests register
Executive / Guest
Can: have an action assigned to them, update their own action items
Read only access to: People page, organisation settings page, the meeting list
Cannot: access Agendas, Minutes, meeting documents or document repository
