As the Board administrator I produce a marked up copy of the agenda for the Chair before each meeting, it has notes on what the Chair needs to do and the key decisions that need to be made. It would be great to be able to do this in BoardPro and share it with him (currently I download the agenda, turn the .pdf into a Word document and then edit it).
This would be a great feature. It not only assists Board members but it adds to efficiecny . Board member can mark comments on published papers prior to a meeting and then Management can respond prior to a meeting or be prepared to respond at the meeting. All Board mmbers can see the Q& A exchange. This is a feature in a Board platform that I have used in the past
Yes, it would be super helpful for people to be able to add some notes as they read the board pack prior to a meeting - notes that everyone could see ahead of the meeting; it would likely save time at the board meeting.
