When committees end, you currently hide the details from us and we have to manually export all Meeting Packs, Meeting Minutes, Current Actions, Completed Actions, Interest Register, Decision Register. This is very painful, especially the completed actions since there is no download button.
A better and faster solution, and also better from a governance compliance perspective, would be to have a read-only option so that we can't use it, but can still access those old notes.
Hi Geoff. No, if a subcommitee or organisation is being closed or is set to inactive then there is no access available at this time.

Any updates on this? I have another small client who loves BoardPro but needs to leave it for now. I want to avoid all that download pain before you switch them off.
PS. If you're not going to do this idea, could you please at least make a 'Backup all' button that downloads all necessary files at once. Thank.
