A new committee member just asked me where the simple, high-level meeting agenda summary was without having to flick through all the pages of the meeting pack. There isn't one. This looks like an oversight and opportunity.
I ended up writing an agenda summary on the whiteboard, which worked far better for this individual than the lengthy meeting pack.
My suggestion is that this summary should go on the Index page. See second image below.
Hey Kim & Team - as per my last message, you've added this functionality so can close this idea off now. Thanks!
Looks like you've solved this. The one page summary is great!
Never noticed that small link before! It's great. Needs to be in the BoardPack though. The BoardPack should be the catch-all only thing you need to print out.
Automated summary... sounds like you are referring to the Simple Agenda. On the Meeting page, under attendees, you will see a large icon for the Detailed Agenda. Underneath it is a link to the Simple Agenda. Check that out.
Thanks, Kim. That's a bit painful given it's 2019 and should be automated, but appreciate you sharing a workaround. I look forward to your assessment on whether this will be an upcoming enhancement.
Hi Geoff, Thanks for this suggestion!
What you can do at this time, is use the Notes field found on the Meeting page, to provide the summary.
This appears at the top of the Agenda.
