Scheduled meeting breaks in the Agenda

Our board meetings go all day and it would be very useful to be able to schedule lunch and tea breaks as part of the agenda without having to make the break an agenda item.

Hoping to boost this request again. It makes the numbering of grouped items/sections on the agenda illogical if they can't have an unnumbered break inserted in the proceedings.

This is super important and I was surprised to see it was suggested so long ago and still not actioned. I think it is a fairly basic requirement. But I do really love BoardPro, and that you take on feedback for future developments!

I've been invited to vote for this suggestion from a comment I made in a feedback request, but see I already did over a year ago. I would double-vote for it if I could!! I hope it's going to be on the dev list soon!

Our meeting go all day and I have to set up sections for morning tea, lunch breaks etc in the agenda. So would be good if there was a better system.

I just asked this question myself via the chat function, i.e.

"I hope you will give consideration to development of an option to add in a timed break, i.e. that affects the timing flow on the agenda but that is not a numbered item of business - especially given the minutes are based on those numbered items and I don't need to record the breaks for posterity 😀"

I hope this can be escalated after nearly 2 years down the track from your suggestion.

Agree with the above comment. You need the capacity to add in items to the agenda that are un-numbered to schedule breaks (or for any reason you might require).
