Customising people status

The current options don't fit all situations for different users of boardpro boards. I was wondering if it's possible to have a customised option where I can select which access some members can have ie, customised for the situation and/or user of the boardpack.

    We situation similar to that outlined below and wolud like to have someone upload files/items but not be able to build agendas or alter items.

    We have an external minute taker so would like her to see all the papers, actions, interests etc but not to build agendas, vote etc.
