Please, please prioritise this request. We've been waiting a long time for this one! Sending one action to multiple or all committee members comes up at almost every meeting for us (eg. they all have to review and provide feedback on a document).
I agree that there is a need to have more than one owner. We often ask for feedback on draft documents and with only one owner, we cannot put this as an action.
For actions like "please update the interest register" and "please review this board charter and provide feedback" it would be great to assign and action to multiple people rather than do it seperately. Another option would be to tag people in the action description - but you cannot currently tag people it's just text.

It is on future planning to revamp the entire Action List Page with all your amazing ideas.
But as with many, Covid struck us hard this year and so our planned releases for this year and early next year have been pushed back a few months or need to be restarted from scratch.
We really do appreciate all your patience and assure you we are planning on improving this area.
I am a newbie to Boardpro...fantastic system however, we really do need to be able to assign Action Items to multiple board members. Would be awesome to get this issue solved as it currently is the only point of contention with our members.
This is an important aspect of ensuring our boards keep functioning properly. My Manager asked me to also say that having action reminders go out several times before a deadline would also be really helpful. Thanks.
I love that "Owner" is a mandatory field for all actions, but often there are multiple people who need to either a) do the same task, e.g. complete personality profiling tool, or b) contribute to someone elses task. Using the RASCI model, owner wo...

Yes definitely a need. How do we allocate 'review a draft document or policy' to the whole board or subcommittee if only one gets the action?

An additional 'like to have' would be the ability to add an attachment to an action. Sometimes an action needs a PDF to accompany it

I agree, we often work in small teams
Please make adding more than one individual to an Action item a high priority - should also include whole board option.
