At times, Action Items are ongoing over many meetings and text is added to the Action Items. However any text isn't shown in the 'Read Online' or 'Download' of the document. This text needs to be seen by the Board or Committee members, especially when viewing the Agenda at, or before, a meeting so they have a full up-to-date understanding of the item. Also when the Minutes are printed for signing by the Chair the full text in Action Items isn't shown which means the governance copy for review by the Auditors isn't a true full copy. Can this please urgently be corrected?
