Instead of clogging the Agenda / Board Pack with reams of inwards correspondence to read, rather have a separate place or appendix that they can go to, to view / read the correspondence.
Great Suggestion. Unfortunately, we do not yet have a way to create appendixes for the BoardPack. In the meantime, what you can do is create an agenda item at the very end of the agenda, and call it correspondence. You can attach received correspondences there.
