We were shocked to learn today that Board members can see our all papers as they are being developed. We would like it that no one can view anything until we have officially published the whole pack, but having to publish the agenda in order to add documents seems to mean everyone can see everything and that's really not what we want. CEO and EA should be able to develop papers without anyone else viewing until publishing. This is a game changer for us, we may look at other providers of electronic board papers if this can't be achieved.
Adding a vote for Board Pack preview prior to publishing the agenda, this would be a great way to allow management to review the materials prior to formal distribution to the board

This ability would be very helpful! At present you can only preview the agenda, not the Board pack.
