For my last two board meetings, the CFO's have loaded files to the draft agenda without telling me. This lost the board critical reviewing time.
Rather than rely on human memory/error, it would be great if the agenda creator was notified when others make changes to the agenda/board pack.
I just came here to suggest this:
Suggestion - need a notification type setting. If a section requires a document loaded by someone else. once it is loaded it notifies me that it is complete so I can check and send board pack. Maybe I could list who is to load by what date also and if they haven't it reminds them. Rather than them either sending the document to me to load or loading and then I don't realise until later that they have loaded and could have sent it a couple of days ago. Thanks
A great idea. This has happened to me numerous times, especially when I have already printed the required number of Board packs, only to find out that document/s have been added afterwards.
