Allow for circular resolutions

Sometimes boards have to make decisions out of the meeting.  It would be great if BoardPro could:

  1. Enable to process to generate and distribute an out of meeting resolution
  2. Capture everyone's agreement on it (if not 100% agreed on, must go to the next meeting)
  3. Automatically enter these "Circular" or "Out of meeting" resolutions in the minutes of the next meeting

    Yes please. I'd also like to add if possible allow a discussion feature to combine all the discussions around said projects or items to this platform, to save on multiple emails back and forth between the group. With email alerts if decisions are requiring action or follow up.
