We have an issue with how the interests register is recorded in BoardPro - principally that people frequently don't record the name of the entity correctly, making automatic data matching very difficult. We have loaded unique government identifiers into Salesforce, but we cannot match them with the information in BoardPro.
Here's what would resolve this for us:
1) add an optional field to the interest register input screen for a unique identifier for the organisation - registration number for an incorporated society, charities number for a registered charity, or whatever.
2) Enable the table to be extracted into Excel or CSV - at present, it appears only able to be extracted into PDF.
