At present only documents can be uploaded.
It would be useful to be able to provide a link to a web page in the agenda (rather than PDF'ing the article with mixed results and uploading the PDF).

URL's can be added into the purpose field of Agenda Items, Minutes and in the Notes field on the Meeting Details page and Close Agenda Item Page.
On the menu bar click on the URL link and paste in the webpage you would like.
