It would be great to have a register of directors with their initial appointment date, and the current term start and end date.

Agree this would be a very useful feature to have with visibility for all board members and admin so elections can be managed in a timely way.
It might even be useful to have some type of alert or even a lockout feature for board members once their term expires to aid with compliance.
