We would like to make the board pack more customizable, so that we can add our executive reports in our own order rather than in the order of the meeting agenda. For example, our Executive Director always writes a letter that should be at the very front of the pack, as it sets the tone for the meeting. However, in the meetings themselves, he does not start them, the board chair does. So with current format, his letter gets put in the middle of the pack and seems very out of place. Please make it so that we can decide how our board pack is assembled, move things around where we feel that they're most appropriate to suit our specific board style. Thank you!
This would work for us as we would like to put our purpose, values statement at the start of the boardpack, prior to the agenda as a reminder for everyone at the meeting on what we are working towards. Similar to the letter idea above.
