Use Board Pro to show calendar of key events that Board members need to be aware of - so not just Board meetings but could be other meetings they may want to attend or other association AGMs or awards evenings, etc. Use Board Pro as the central store for all things rather than adding shared calendars using other apps
The calendar could also store draft agenda items against the various recurring / annual governance tasks for board and committees. These could then be easily "copied" into a meeting agenda. The Calendar could retain a cross reference to the meeting in which the item was addressed.
