From time to time directors have questions which may be able to be resolved by the committee / board chair. In other cases they need to be presented to management (framed as a governance question).
An issues log, a bit like a help desk ticket, would assist directors to raise questions and responses can be provided. This would then generate an FAQ which may assist other direcotors, and also identify any themes which need to be addressed in induction or on an ongoing basis.
