It would be useful to state whether an agenda item is for noting or approval.
The Agenda is a bit rudimentary and better margin and tab settings for each sub section could make it neater. While it does show who is responsible for an agenda item, it would be useful to include if the matter is on the agenda for noting or approval. Preferably include it on the agenda adjacent to the matter as well as the person responsible for it.
