Ideally something like MailChimp where you can see who opened the email once it’s been sent but limited to the Chair & Secretary so they can see who has opened the board pack once it's been published and sent out.
This would also be helpful for the between meeting/flying minutes when running an out of meeting vote.
This would be helpful to track for both chairs & secretaries to ensure members are accessing packs when they should and not showing up to meetings unprepared.

Did you know that we have something similar currently in BoardPro where you can see that an email has been sent out, if it has been delivered and if the email has been opened and if they have clicked on the link for the Board Pack (for example)?
This is available for individual meetings by clicking on the context menu on the meeting details page (top right-hand side) and then selecting Email History. Now of course it does not show if they have actually read the Board Pack. But you can see that they have received the email notification and opened it.
For Between Meetings, again there is an Email History so that you can see when a reminder was sent out if delivered and opened. As well any documents added to the Between Meeting Report or Flying Minute once a person clicks on the document, their initals or if they have added a photo will appear on the document.
