We have items that may be lead at a meeting by a person at a particular level like board member but not allocated to a specific person. This would allow us to indicate the type of person who maybe asked to present or lead.
We would like to be able to allocate the chair and minute taker to people on a rotating basis, as we take minutes oine week, then chair the following week. If this was ablw to be done for a task and a total meeting basis I would be supportive
