Occassionaly documents are added to the Board Pack that a board member may have a conflict of interest with. It would be helpful to be able to register a conflict against specific papers.
If it could also be not included in that person's board pack that would also be a benefit.
It would be awesome if I could block a conflicted director from an agenda item -as at the moment I have to email out the conflicting agenda item which means the minutes are not complete and I have documents in different spots
