During demos and training sessions, we got asked by administrators a lot about previewing the meeting notice, agenda notice, people invite etc. before sending to the board.
Why do they want to preview the email? a few reasons below:
In outlook, they can see the email content before sending. In BoardPro app, they have no control over it. The email sending to the board is important, they want to make sure everything is fine.
They would often want to tell the board what kind of email they should be looking for, so that they won't miss it.
