When creating committees the members are often already members of the overarching forum or board. It would be helpful to be able to select them (e.g. type in their name, autopopulate email and role). Preferably this would still be editable in case role differed by meeting - but most times this info is consistent.
Thank you for your idea but we were wondering if you could elaborate just a wee bit more. You are already able to import people from the main board (including their full name and email) plus any interests they have to a committee. Their role and access level are based on what is on the main board but can easily be updated. See this article Import People and Interests
