Send just one email with all the action reminders for that person in it
Instead of having to send individual action reminder emails to one person for all of their open actions send just one email with all the action reminders for that person in it
Hi, I agree with this idea and have also voted for it. While looking through the ideas listings, I found that this idea was also put forward in 2017 (BP-I-71) and this was the admin response from then:

Thanks for this idea, Chris, and we can consider it as an option for individual users.
When we did our research on how board members, chairs and CEOs manage board actions, we found that while most people liked the simplicity of one email, when we asked them what they would do next, the result was
breaking the list down into individual tasks into a task system
delegating them to others who weren't in the meeting
By delivering one email per action, we help with the next step in the process.
Maybe BoardPro could merge these two ideas (and their votes) and move this forward to their suggested "option for individual users".
