Allow Administrators to select existing Executive and Guest users from the People List when using Share with Others, rather than manually entering their names and email addresses each time.
Many boards regularly invite staff, alternates, or other attendees who are already listed as Executive or Guest users. Being able to choose them directly from the People List would save time, reduce manual data entry, and help avoid errors when sharing Board Packs.
