The suggestion is for the Interests agenda item to display only Current Interests, while Past Interests remain visible in the Interests Register as part of the board’s historical record.
Alternatively, there could be a simple option to include or exclude Past Interests from the meeting, rather than requiring Admins to select individual interests.
Customer need: This would allow boards to retain their historical Interests record without repeatedly noting interests at meetings that are no longer current.
