I would also like to be able to download the draft minutes in a Word document. I am secretary to six Boards and for all of them, I send the first draft of minutes for review by the CEO/Academic Dean before sending on to the Chair for review. It would be so much easier if everyone could insert comments and edit with track changes on.
Can you pass on to your management I have had a number of clients ask if I can send draft minutes in MS word so they can track changes. So I have to convert the downloaded minutes all the time. It is a pain and something you guys can consider for development maybe. It also allows for use of Grammarly which I find a great tool to ensure when in a rush limits the amount of grammatical errors - Sascha Brook
