E-Signatures

The Signature Function should allow the Corporate Secretary, an Officer, not a Director, to Sign Minutes. There are other occasions when the CFO also needs to sign. Maybe flag in People profile, list as signer

It would be helpful to be able to add a due date to signature requests as sometimes I need the board to sign a document by a specific date.

Be able to have signatures added to Decisions both in meeting and Flying Minutes.

Some of our more sensitive documents require a certificate that the information originated from the signer and has not been altered. It would be good to have that option.

It would be good to be able to download/export a log of any signed documents in the Governance Area showing when a board member has signed the document
