Ability to undertake Board Effectiveness Surveys within BoardPro

Given that a Board should conduct evaluation on an annual (or biennial) basis, it would be beneficial to be able to conduct this process within BoardPro. I have seen this functionality in another Board software solution.

Register for Director Terms

It would be great to have a register of directors with their initial appointment date, and the current term start and end date. Director since 1 July 2014 current term ends 30 June 2022 It could be in the interests register?

Full service App

While BoardPro Notes is great for reading and annotating the board pack it would be terrific to have a full service app where we can access all areas of BoardPro rather than having to use a browser.
