Add Images to Minutes

Attaching files is good, but it would be helpful to be able to place images directly into text boxes, e.g. notes/decisions/actions. This could be a diagram, or photo of a whiteboard discussion.

Morning, BoardPro. This was raised 4 years ago. Why hasn't it been implemented yet? Advisory Boards especially, sometimes use whiteboard or PostIt note techniques to work through key discussions and decisions.

I agree, this is something I could have used quite a few times lately, including in the motion box on flying minutes. All the decision, action and note boxes should have this facility.

This would be an ideal option for us as presently we have to screen shot certain items, save as an image then upload as a document, it just takes a step out of the equitation - anything that saves time!!!!

    Hi BoardPro team,

This would be a great feature to have. It's time consuming and frustrating to have to copy out data in a table form when it would be much simpler to copy and paste the image from Word or from a pdf file. It also aids with summing up discussions.

Hi Board Pro. Any update on this? It's still a highly requested feature from clients.

Hi again Kim. This is still driving me nuts. See images. BoardPro appears to let you insert images, and then takes them away. This is not good enough in 2020 I'm afraid. We live in a digital and visual age.

Thanks, Kim. I did try to add an image within the rich text editor on minutes, and it looked to have worked, but then the image got corrupted.

Images are a security matter, as code can be embedded in an image.

We will be implementing this feature but no specific timeframe for it.
