Have an option to exclude some files being built into the single board pack, but rather become links instead. 

This can be for documents which are to remain in their native format

Or supplementary documents that are optional (or exceptionally large)

Link to governance documents through boardpack

would be good to be able to insert a link to a governance document in our haordpack, as up loading them all makes the boardpack very long. Loaded on behalf of Rich Easton
