Please improve the process for when a board member resigns, or when the chair changes, as currently it is based on real time and that conflicts with any unconfirmed minutes.
A year later and this would be great to have this feature accessible to users.
Could this please be urgently addressed as it is an ongoing issue and work arounds are not ideal
