Is there away to tag an agenda item from a previous meeting to come through to the next meeting with all the attached documents also.
As a school. there are a few standard items the happen each meeting under 'compliance / self review' having the overview attached each meeting would help / save time.
Yes, this would be fantastic. Sometimes the same documents are referred to in multiple meetings in a row, and it's a pain to have to upload them all again (plus I imagine it takes up storage space?). EG a presentation or supporting reference material, if we are discussing the same topic again. Doesn't necessarily have to be exactly the same agenda item, but some way of linking to previously-uploaded documents.
This is a must, so frustrating have to go back and copy and paste everything across to new agenda, it should be much easier than the current process
