Yes, I understand and you are right. The solution is far from ideal as it causes extra steps. Thank you for your additional comments. I shall pass them along to our Production team.
If I can add to this - we have a number of people set up with BoardPro access who do not attend meetings but who need to be across the papers (assistants, advisors etc). The notifications can only be sent to those who are on the attendee list for the meeting - basically we just need the option to tick the names of the people not on the meeting attendee list when we send emails.
I figured out a workaround of adding them to the meeting just before I send notifications, then removing them again after sending, but it's messy so not ideal.
Hi , thank you for your response. The issue isn't sending it to people that
do not have a log on. We can only send meeting notices and meeting packs
etc to committee members or senior executives. We have people with log
ons as Executives that we cannot send meeting notices etc to direct in
BoardPro. These are people that are not senior executives but that do come
to the meetings on a regular basis.
Thanks
Hi! Thanks for following up. So for a person to read any documents within BoardPro they must be added to your organisation and have login access. As you know we don't email out your documents for security, instead just the notification that they are ready and then the person logs in to read those papers. So unless we change this or make an additional role an option is to download those documents and email them outside of BoardPro.
Kia ora, just wondering if there has been an update on this?

Hi just wondered has there been any update on whether this option will be made available?
