Some of our clients need to be able to see mark-ups on the draft minutes. i.e. Company secretary drafts the minutes and finalises with CEO | Chair and then on receipt, some board members want to mark up changes for other board members to see.
I'd love this please, it would also be a great option to see the changes. As the board secretary it is difficult when I send the minutes to the chair for review (using the email function in BP) and then they make changes - sometimes these changes are not formatted well, have spelling errors or don't make much sense - but of course I have to read the whole set of minutes through to find where they have made changes!
Alternately some of my chairs end up sending me an email with the changes they want (preferred to the above) which is not great security wise as it would be good to contain everything in BP
Yes please ... I have to copy and paste into a word document for the chair and other board members to edit so I can keep track of their suggested changes, and it's very time consuming to then transfer onto BoardPro. And it really doesn't work (too confusing with multiple people) assigning different text colours when editing.

I strongly support development of a feature like this.
I would find this so useful as Board Members often want to add in changes to the minutes after the meeting, that weren't initially captured.
This would be very helpful!
