Having the 'Board Only' lock feature is helpful, but would it be possible to further refine this for eg Chair and Secretary only? For things like reference checks for new Board members etc.
Please expand ability to control access beyond "Board Only" There are instances where we have confidential information on board members (background checks) where just the Ed and Board President and head of Nominating should have access to this.
We would find the feature of a folder restricted to just board secretary, board chair and principal really helpful also.
The ability to restrict access to an agenda item or to the supporting papers of that item, to a sub-set of board would be very useful for managing conflicts of interest. Often it is only one conflicted member for one item on the agenda and there is currently no way of managing this inside of BoardPro.
More granular permissions (with group inheritiances) would be helpful.
It would actually be more helpful if a folder could be created and the group of people able to see that folder could be selected - this would be particularly useful for a board member who is conflicted and requested to be excluded from any information regarding a topic. It would allow the information to be available to others in the cloud, stored securely etc without the conflicted board member.
