Meeting Decline Notification

If a Director declines a meeting request then the administrator or organiser of the meeting is emailed immediately. I have set up a full years worth of meeting dates to allow the board to put them in the calendar now. The only way at the moment to view if someone declines one of those dates is to go into each individual meeting date.

    Notification of; attendees status would be useful Any one who declines, also if a quorum (if required) has been not been met.
