Acting Chair Merged

I wish to address the Chair role again. I note that under People you can assign the Chair. However, when doing minutes, sometimes there is a stand-in to Chair the meeting. I tried to change the Chair for just that meeting, but BoardPro reverts the minutes back to the standard Chair once the person profile is reset. We need to be able to select "Chair" from the dropdown menu on the appropriate Board Member for just that meeting. Please can you fix?
