As the disclosed interests of the directors grows, it would be good to print out a listing of interest items for each director so they can check and update it periodically.
This feature is now live. You can select a board member and then print out their interests independently.
Associated with this improvement for us it would be preferable for minutes to have the interests register as an appendix rather than in the body of the minutes as ours takes up several pages. Ideally in the body of the minutes only new interests declared would be shown (I currently do this in a note)
This would be great, or even to include the interests as part of the People section
