My board would like to be able to record notes from an in camera session, and have these notes only visible to other board members i.e. management are unable to see them.
Is this possible, even if its setting up a separate meeting category and only allowing directors to have access to it (meaning the chair probably needs to be the administrator of this section).
Our Board also has In Camera sessions sometimes. I would like to be able to include the timing for this on the agenda without it having an item number.
