Just a side note: you can move files between main folders and sub-folders. There are two ways to do this: From the main folder click on the document and "drag" it into the subfolder you would like. OR click on the context menu of any document and selet Move to Folder. A list will appear will all folders you have listed in your Gov. Repository -if they have an arrow beside them that indicates they have subfolders and you can click on which folder you want to move them to.
