It would be great to have the ability to create a recurring meeting.
When adding a meeting have the option to tick a box to automatically add the same meeting date (for example on the third Tuesday of the month) into your list of meetings without having to manually add them.
A bonus would be then able at the same time as ticking the box to have it recurring is to use the same agenda automatically. This of course can then be altered as needed.
100% agree to a recurring meeting function, and an outlook/google calendar integration :)

This is a high priority upgrade for me. Can't believe it isn't an option at the moment.
I just set up all the recurring board meetings, and meetings for six committees, and it took nearly two days if all the details, recurring ZOOM links, etc. The software really needs the functionality to duplicate and/or create recurring meetings as well as agendas.
This is a very much needed time saver.
Absolutely a calendar function is a must. I wholeheartedly support this as a high priority upgrade to Boardpro.
Rather surprised to find this doesn't exist - surely nearly everyone would use it? I'm about to set up the whole year's meetings for a couple of organisations, and it's going to be tedious!

Need this ASAP - ideally I could add identical monthly recurring meetings at least 6 months in advance, ideally 12. Super painful adding them all one by one, esp when managing multiple entities
deffo need this - as a one stop shop all notices should be coming from BoardPro, As a Board Secretary I need my clients to have autonomy over their calendar invites - which works if the notices come from BoardPro - but I'm not sending 12 separate notices for 2022 meetings - or in some cases 36 notices with committee dates!!
