Comment from Board Secretary: As a school we receive a lot of correspondence via email, usually with a pdf attachment (MOE newsletters etc). If we could just forward these emails to boardpro, it would save so much time.
At the moment I need to print the emails to pdf, and then upload them to the correspondence section in boardpro
The accounting systems Xero and MYOB have a function where I can forward emails to an allocated email address, and they appear in an 'inbox' in my Xero file. If boardpro had this function, we could just forward all the emails we receive, and then drag them into correspondence.
