When a long agenda item is entered which causes the "Purpose" window to scroll, the formatting and file menus scroll off-screen. This makes it more difficult to format text towards the end of the entry. It would be useful if the the formatting options (and perhaps also the file options) were locked to the top of the Purposes Window.
