Enable one email notification with seprate calendar invites i.e for a year's worth of monthly board meetings

So the director's inboxes aren't flooded with multiple notifications when scheduling board meetings for the year

    the mtgs in boardpro need to appear in attendees calendars for all mtgs in boardpro ...... this should be #1 priority .... it is a shambles currently as people end up with boardpro invite plus meeting set up via separate invite

    Please if your lovely team at BoardPro could set up a way for a year's worth of invites to be sent out at once that would be most appreciated! This is a blind spot in the system and would make my life, and I'm sure a lot of other BoardPro Administrators, so much easier! Thank you!!!
