Cancel/Discard option for actions Merged

Often, an action is loaded but then plans change and it's not needed anymore. The 4 current status options don't allow for this. Neither does the delete action function if you want to keep records in tact.

I propose a 5th new status called either CANCEL or CANCELLED:

• NOT STARTED

• IN PROGRESS

• ON HOLD

• DONE

• CANCELLED
